ATLANTA, Ga. — Louis Ralph Epstein, 95, of Atlanta, Ga., previously a longtime resident of Sharon, Pa., handed absent Friday, Dec. 31, 2021.
Mr. Epstein was born on Jan. 28, 1926, in Sharon, a son of the late Samuel William and Bess Rosenblum Epstein.
An alumnus of Sharon Significant University, he also graduated with distinction from the College of Rochester (New York), earning a Bachelor of Arts in typical science in 1949. Louis afterwards done his graduate scientific studies in business enterprise administration at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pa.

In addition to his organization successes and religious assistance, Louis was also a pillar of the Shenango Valley civic and philanthropic local community. His contributions and civic services contain serving as president of the Shenango Valley Inn president and campaign chairman of the Mercer County United Way county chairman of the Mercer County Branch of the Pennsylvania Economic climate League president of the Sharon State Club and a member of the Sharon Kiwanis Club.
Louis experienced a lifelong passion for classical audio and, at the age of 90, he entertained people of his senior residing group by enjoying Beethoven piano concertos . He performed clarinet in the Mercer County Band, as properly as the Buhl Farm Band. His appreciation for songs influenced him to serve as the previous president of the Shenango Valley Community Concert Affiliation and as a board member and vice president of the Youngstown Symphony Culture.

In addition to classical music, Louis beloved traveling with his wife, Marlene, throughout the world on African safaris, to the pyramids of Egypt and throughout Europe and Asia.
